Reflection 4(techno)

            Another intriguing meeting was held on July 08, 2014 Tuesday at exactly 8:00am in the morning. I really had a hard time in waking up early in the morning I feel like I want to sleep for a whole day and no will disturb me. In that day I came early in the school and then my classmate bought some foods to eat because last time they came late in the school.
            Our professor has discussed us about the Technopreneurship Ecosystem, if we talk about ecosystem what usually come up in our minds? As we tackle the term ecosystem we are thinking about process or a system. So as a technopreneurship they should have the resources to learn and to develop. The most important thing as a human is to know what he or she wants to achieve. The law of attraction that develops in our minds through the things that we mostly want to achieve. In technopreneurship we have this that was called HELF. 

           To be a successful researcher, developer and a financer you should have these factors to develop. First let me discuss the letter H that stands for Human resource.


HUMAN RESOURCE

·         RESEARCH – thinker, idea generator, Innovator
·         DEVELOPER- Implementor, technical people
·         Scanner and marketing people
·         FINANCERS
            The role of human resource management (HRM) in the implementation and achievement of strategic management and subsequently improve human capabilities (Barney, 1991, Barney & Wright, 1998). Strategic management of human resource definitely gives advantage to many people. Firstly the development and improvement of core competitive and competencies advantage and secondly the integration between the organization’s strategy and Human Resource strategy in achieving of profit and growth. Meanwhile, the technical and traditional Human Resource are concerned with the organizing role and functions, recruitment, performance measurement, selection, planning, training and development the administration of indemnification and benefits. However it involves implementing and designing groups of internally consistent practices and policies which ensure that an organization’s human capital contributes to the fulfillment of its business goals. Planning is one of the valuable techniques if we try to enter in the business world if we fail to have those techniques then there will be possibilities that your market will pull down. Training and development and the factors affecting it, as it is this concept new to developing countries, which include Jordan, so it is subjected to the study of  the field gives more importance especially in light of the circumstances and variables  technological and economic The multi-policy, witnessed by the Jordanian public sector, and  which require the adoption of the concept of HR planning and training and development from  the perspective of application to keep up with the rapid environmental changes.
            Next is the E that stands for Environment Component as being a part of this modern world especially to those students who are taking IT courses like me we have to think for new and unique ideas. All of the things that exist nowadays have started at first as an idea that was being plan, search, examine until incubated and was release. Like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates they have started from ideas until they became successful person in our era.

            Third one is L that stands for Laws and Policies. Laws are the ones who discipline people in our society that commands us to do things righteously. Society is based on rules and laws. It could not function if individuals were free to do whatever they wanted. From hierarchy society to modern society, laws are one of the most significant components to operate countries. However, I can’t totally support the proposal that individuals should give up all the freedoms to follow laws, even though I agreed that laws’ irreplaceable functions for society and the reasons are the inextricable bond between laws and ethics and the collision between rules and freedoms. Firstly, without laws, human society should be operated by spontaneous self-discipline, which is a relatively weak power compared with laws. In this hypothetical society, there is no organizations can supervise citizens’ behavior and punish unmoral one. Therefore, some citizens’, who don’t comply self-discipline, could exploit other people to satisfy themselves, and the world will be leaded into chaos. Hence, only ethics are implemented by authorities, which, in other words, to formulate laws to administrate society, can humans enjoy harmony. Secondly, there are numerous regulations which erode human rights to achieve government goals.

            Fourth is F that stands for Financial, of course in every business money has the very big rule. A company will not run without financial support especially in investing a business. Finance is the solution that assists in the formation of new businesses, and allows businesses to take advantage of opportunities to grow, employ local workers and in turn support other businesses and local, state and federal government through the remittance of income taxes. The strategic use of financial instruments, such as loans and investments, is key to the success of every business. Financial trends also define the state of the economy on a global level, so central banks can plan appropriate monetary policies.

We have also discussed about the Business model on how company creates value for itself while delivering products or services for customer. What I like in the discussion is that it gives us the knowledge about business matters. It able us to learn and know the importance and advantages of making up to business. We may have an opportunity in marketing staff which can be use in near future. Being knowledgeable enough will bring us to a successful business venture. Firstly innovate your ideas, trigger the event, implementing the product and then slowly it may grow. But one also of the things that I dislike the most is not every one of us knows how to handle business. Some people don’t have the passion to pursue business. Still at the end we have our own passion that we want to achieve and it only depends on how people deal with it.
